The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Sustainable Chemical Technologies at the University of Bath runs a 4-year integrated PhD programme in Sustainable Chemical Technologies. We have now allocated our regular studentships for the 2017 intake, but we consider applications from excellent students, or those who are self-funded, throughout the year.
If accepted, you will have the opportunity to undertake challenging research, combined with training in scientific, societal and business aspects of sustainability. The CDT is based within the interdisciplinary Centre for Sustainable Chemical Technologies (CSCT).
We offer research projects covering a broad spectrum of chemical, biochemical and engineering sciences, relating to issues of sustainability, including:
