We (Profs. Dimmock: http://www.uwa.edu.au/people/james.dimmock and Jackson: http://www.uwa.edu.au/people/ben.jackson) are seeking highly motivated applicants to undertake a PhD program within our Psychology of Active, Healthy Living group at The University of Western Australia. Successful applicants will undertake research in one or more of the following three areas:
- The study of group and relationship processes within exercise and health contexts.
- Issues relating to self-regulation, self-control, and motivation in exercise and health.
- Models and mechanisms of persuasion in health and exercise.
Students can either fund themselves or apply for a Ph.D scholarship.

Please note that to be competitive for these international scholarships, you will need:
- a) A high-class Honours or Masters degree
- b) Good grades at undergraduate level
- c) At least one peer-reviewed publication, preferably as first author.
