4 Year Fully-Funded Industrial CASE PhD Studentships in Biotechnology and Bioscience

The Norwich Research Park Biosciences Doctoral Training Partnership (NRPDTP) is offering 12 Industrial CASE PhD studentships to start 1st October 2017. These BBSRC-funded four-year studentships offer a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with industry on research of national and international importance in the areas of Agriculture and Food Security, Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy, Bioscience for Health and Frontier Bioscience.

The NRPDTP Partnership offers PhD studentships at one of the largest and most successful centres for biological and biotechnological research and training in Europe. The Partnership has an international reputation for research and provides a centre of excellence for postgraduate training with first class research facilities.

All Industrial CASE research students spend time with the partner company and, in addition to experiencing the industrial research environment, have opportunities for business related training. Building on our strong links with industry and our established successful Industrial CASE studentships, we offer a unique collaborative experience. We provide students with the opportunity to access cutting edge technology and research expertise from industry and from across the Partnership and also to be part of an active and friendly student community.
