About the Project

This position involves studies in the field of Attosecond and Strong-Field Science in the group of Dr Agapi Emmanouilidou, in the AMOPP group, in Physics and Astronomy at University College London. The position concerns the development of the theoretical and the computational framework for molecular studies in the above field. The applicant will benefit from a successful collaboration with other members of Dr Emmanouilidou’s group and a diverse scientific environment in the AMOPP group at UCL.

The duties include research in the field of laser matter interactions writing papers and collaborating with other students and postdocts.
The position is funded for 3.5 years in the first instance.
The successful applicant will have an undergraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The successful candidate will also have excellent computational skills.
