About the Project

Functional Materials are increasingly being developed with nanostructures that alter their physical characteristics in comparison to bulk materials. In this project we undertake experimental work to grow and understand nanotructured materials that have potential for application in energy and electronic device fields. We have excellent theoretical support and it may be possible to undertake some computational modelling to complement the experimental work.
