About the Project

The candidate will research and explore the relationship between the development of EU private international law and its interaction with the EU policy of developing private enforcement of competition law with a view to offering suggestions as to how the interaction of each EU policy can be improved. The candidate must have previously successfully studied: EU private international law; EU competition law and the Competition Law of at least one EU Member State.
