About the Project

A fully-funded PhD position is available for a highly motivated individual in catalysis for organic synthesis.

Our group is focused on the discovery of new catalysts based on transition metals and small organic molecules for enantioselective synthesis and materials science.

The current project involves the use of newly discovered Pd(I) complexes for oxidative coupling chemistry.

Funding Notes

Applicants should have an Honours or Masters degree in organic chemistry or a related field. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for a $7000 stipend top-up in collaboration with the CSIRO.
