Centre for Doctoral Training in Regenerative Medicine
View All CDTs
The Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Regenerative Medicine aims to equip postgraduate researchers with the tools and skills needed to translate the potential of cell or tissue based therapies from bench to bedside. We are currently seeking to recruit Engineering, Chemical, Physical and Biological Science graduates to join the CDT.
As part of the programme you will have access to world class experts and laboratories from three leading UK Universities (Loughborough, Nottingham and Keele). The four year, integrated research programme starts with a year of training in the form of lectures, workshops and short lab projects at each of the three sites. You will then progress onto your chosen PhD project (please see www.dtcregen-med.com for details of the interdisciplinary areas the CDT works in). During your PhD you will have the opportunity for an international secondment to compliment your work.
We welcome applications from students who hold or are expected to gain a First or 2:1 honours degree in a relevant subject area year round. Studentships provide full funding for UK and eligible EU students; please see the website for more details.
For further information about the programme and how to apply see www.dtcregen-med.com or contact us at: cdtregenmed@lboro.ac.uk
