About the Project
This Studentship will provide an exciting opportunity to work in the evolving area of adaptations to exercise training. This studentship will particularly be looking at the development of non-invasive tools to develop our understanding of adaptations to training across the lifespan.
You will join the Movement Science Group, in the Department Sport and Health Sciences, Faculty of Life and Health Sciences, Oxford Brookes University. You will join an enthusiastic and rapidly developing research team with the position sitting in the new Centre for Rehabilitation. The group has excellent facilities and resources both within the University’s human performance laboratories and associated clinical exercise and rehabilitation unit. The group has strong local, national and international collaborations and an excellent working relationship with local NHS trusts and clinicians. The successful candidate would be expected to present at scientific meetings and publish.
