About the Project

Danae Stanton Fraser is a Reader in Psychology at the University of Bath. She leads the CREATE group evaluating novel technologies and studying their effects on collaborative learning.

Danae is also an investigator on the EPSRC Cityware programme, evaluating collaborative impacts of mobile technologies on children and adults across heritage environments and an investigator on the DTI/EPSRC Participate project exploring pervasive computing for mass participation in environmental monitoring.

Danae has obtained funding from the DTI, EPSRC, ESRC, British Telecom, Stroke Association, Scope and JISC.

Applications are welcome from anyone with a good undergraduate degree in Psychology, recognised by the British Psychological Society (or equivalent).

Dr Stanton Fraser will now consider applications from those applicants who are happy to compete for University and Graduate School funding or obtain external funding. Funding is difficult to obtain and highly competitive. You are responsible for researching sources of funding early (in some cases up to 12 months in advance) and applying (in conjunction with your agreed supervisor) for as many as possible.
