About the Project

The aim of the project is to define what sustainable consumption is within the food industry and explore how sustainable food-related consumer behaviours could be increased and unsustainable behaviours reduced.

The successful applicant will be part of the new Food and Drink Hub which is one of the core areas for the Centre for Retail Excellence, a University centre which works closely with the retail and consumer packaged goods sector. We work closely with academics, funding bodies and industry to deliver new knowledge with real and immediate commercial impact. Our vision is become known as a major force in driving retail innovation and impact in UK plc and beyond.
