About the Project

The Geometry of Synthesis project represents a new solution for the long-standing problem of compiling programs into digital circuits. It includes a variety of sub-topics of a theoretical or applied nature in the following areas: type systems, semantics of programming languages, compiler optimisation, hardware design, FPGA programming, applications of FPGAs to digital signal processing, cryptography or robotics.
