Dr L Y Li  Applications accepted all year round  Funded PhD Project (European/UK Students Only)

About the Project

We are seeking immediate applications for a 3 year EPSRC/Clarkebond funded CASE PhD studentship to start as soon as possible.

This studentship will involve research to investigate the sustainability of the use of aluminium for energy-saving and energy-supplying elements in buildings and develop innovative design to provide sustainable aluminium products for buildings.

The successful candidate will be based at the University of Birmingham, but will spend 3-6 months spread over the project's duration at Clarkebond at Birmingham office. The project will provide excellent future employment prospects for both industrial and research career.
