About the Project
We have previously developed a three dimensional graphical representation of the complex oviduct structure, and provided the virtual environment for agent-based simulations of sperm. This research will extend the work in this area applying it the agent based framework FLAME GPU, 3D Graphical Techniques and Computational Biology algorithms to model other cellular structures and/or soft tissue organs. 3D graphics programming knowledge required, GPU programming experience would be an advantage.
