About the Project

My research interests focus upon the political nature of physical education, school sport and sport provision. Specifically I am interested in the policy making process as it pertains to physical education in schools and sport provision more generally. My research applies theories from political science to topics such as the governance of sport at local and national level. Applications are welcome from students who wish to undertake research in related areas.
