Will my GCSE results impact my application?

I have spent months researching to complete my proposal for an EdD and have just finished it.

Submitting my application it is asking for GCSEs which I did not do very well in. I achieved a B&C in English, D in maths which results in me getting level 2 functional skills (which has been accepted for all my degrees). If I put these on my application are they going to automatically reject me?

With my degrees I achieved a 2:1 then a merit in my masters. I completed a PGCE after that to enable me to teach my specialism and have being doing so for 4 years.
