Prof. Ke Chen holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD, and is a Chartered Mathematician. He is a Professor in the School of Physical Sciences at the University of Liverpool, part of the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Prof. Chen has been involved in various academic and professional activities, including serving on the scientific committee for the International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications (IPTA) in 2012.
