We offer many different types of accommodation for postgraduate students, all of which are listed in our accommodation finder. International postgraduate students are guaranteed accommodation on campus if they meet UEA's requirements and complete their accommodation application by the deadline. Alternatively you can browse 'Home Run' our SU’s official service dedicated to helping find private sector accommodation in Norwich or the 'Homestay' programme which gives you the option of living with someone in the local area who the university have endorsed.

We have a variety of generous scholarships, some of which are dependent on your qualifications, course or nationality. You may apply for as many scholarships as you are eligible for. If you are chosen as the recipient of more than one scholarship, you will be asked to choose your preference as to which you wish to hold. Explore all of our options on our website. CareerCentral is your dedicated student careers service. It's free to use and the team can help you with finding student jobs, creating an excellent CV, finding graduate jobs and opportunities and applications and interview prep. CareerCentral also hold lots of careers fairs throughout the academic year, from student jobs to Graduate Schemes, and all UEA students and recent graduates are welcome to attend. Additionally, the service provides mentoring opportunities with industry professionals, many of whom are UEA alumni, offering valuable insights into specific sectors.

In addition to the wealth of support to all our students, we also offer specialist support to our international students with the following:

• Personal/welfare advice – such as settling into life in the UK, or preparing to return home.
• General advice – such as opening a UK bank account or academic procedures, for example Visa and immigration advice – such as applying for/extending a Tier 4 visa or help with any general visa and immigration enquiries. • Student Services also provide wellbeing and mental health support, study support (including an English Language Support Programme), support with living on and off campus, finances and support for students with disabilities. You’ll also have 24/7 support from Health Assured, a programme which can help you with any personal or professional issues that may be affecting you.
